AI is already part of how organizations work, whether leaders planned for it or not.  Your staff already opened ChatGPT. Your customers are already turning to it to decide who to trust and hire. So the question isn't "should we adopt AI?" It's "what do we do about the version of adoption that already happened without us?"

This Boston AI Week panel brings four leaders to that question from different angles: workforce adoption, human trust, professional accountability, and market visibility.
