Historic Newton's annual fall festival Hayfest returns! Hayfest is a free, family-friendly day of 19th century fall activities that sees hundreds of visitors each year. Hayfest is on Sunday, October 4th at 12 noon - 4:00pm at the Jackson Homestead and Museum. 

Volunteers are vital to the success of Hayfest, welcoming visitors, facilitating activities, serving refreshments, and more. No knowledge of history required. Multiple shift options are available. Sign up as an individual or with a friend/group!
