N-Squared transformation continues with central property coming on the market

One of the most walkable office spaces in the N2 Innovation District has come on the market. The 60,000 square foot Paragon Towers at 233 Needham Street is now up for sale. This kind of change is emblematic of the vibrant transformation happening in the N2 Innovation District.

The next five years will see all of Needham Street being rebuilt with improved sidewalks and crosswalks, bike lanes and a better traffic flow. What’s more, Northland Investment Corporation recently announced plans to turn the property adjacent to Paragon Towers into a thriving village-like atmosphere, with apartments, street-front retail space, outdoor meetings spots and commercial offices in an historic mill building.

The five-story Class A building recently underwent a capital improvements campaign which included updates to common areas, kitchen/lounge, on-site fitness center and the structured covered parking garage. It is located at the heart of the N2 Innovation District, which is home to such iconic brands as TripAdvsior, Shark Ninja, Big Belly Solar, PTC, CyberArk and a long list of others.

Boston Realty Advisors’ team of Jeremy Freid, SIOR, Adam Meixner, Jason Weissman, Nick Herz, and Michael D’Hemecourt will be handling the sale process. The offering is for sale on an un-priced basis.

Information on the property can be located at www.paragontowers.com.
