Internship stipends available for tech companies

The MassTech Intern Partnership is accepting applications for summer 2016 intern stipends. With support from the Baker-Polito Administration and the Massachusetts legislature, the MTIP program provides stipends to digital technology companies that are starting and scaling-up across Massachusetts so that they might hire more Massachusetts college students as summer interns.

For summer 2016, MTIP is focusing its support on Massachusetts-based digital technology startups and companies with 100 or fewer employees. MYIP is looking to help those companies starting or scaling up in robotics, big data, digital health, mobile, cybersecurity, fintech, edtech, and other growing segments of digital technology in the state.

For eligible companies that hire eligible college interns, MTIP will reimburse up to half of payroll costs for up to two interns during the program period. Maximum reimbursement is $4,800 per individual intern. Direct questions to intern@masstech.org.
