Serial entrepreneur and author Robert Glazer -- whose company was just named one of 2018’s Top Places to Work by the Boston Globe -- will be the guest speaker at the second annual Needham Night dinner on Jan. 30 at the Needham Sheraton.

Glazer is founder and CEO of global performance marketing agency Acceleration Partners . He was also named one of job site Glassdoor’s top-five CEOs of small and medium-sized companies, ranked by employee approval ratings.

Needham Night is a special evening dedicated to celebrating the town’s economic and cultural vitality. The event will also include award presentations, cocktail reception and a three-course dinner.

Under his leadership, Acceleration Partners has received numerous company culture awards, including Ad Age’s Best Place to Work; Entrepreneur’s Top Company Culture; Inc. Magazine’s Best Place to Work; and Fortune’s Best Small & Medium Workplaces.

He is also the co-founder and Chairman of BrandCycle and a columnist for both Forbes and Inc. and regularly contributes to numerous outlets, including Entrepreneur, Fast Co, Huffington Post and Success Magazine. He writes on topics ranging from performance marketing and entrepreneurship to company culture, capacity-building, hiring and leadership.

He also shares ideas and insights around these topics via Friday Forward , a weekly inspirational newsletter that is followed by over 35,000 leaders worldwide.

Glazer is a past recipient of the Boston Business Journal “40 under 40” award and is an advisor/board member to several high-growth companies.
