The Bulfinch Companies has leased 115,000 square feet of space at Atrium Center in Chestnut Hill to Life Time– The Healthy Way of Life Company. As part of the collaboration, Atrium Center, a state-of-the-art, LEED certified property, has been renamed Life Time Center, a one-of-a kind wellness and medical destination exemplifying health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, and beauty. The new Life Time Center will be anchored by the premier Life Time Athletic Chestnut Hill destination, which provides an unparalleled, resort-style health, sports, professional fitness, entertainment and lifestyle experience.

The planned mid-2017 opening in Chestnut Hill, will represent the third Life Time destination in the Boston market, including Framingham and Westwood.

The building features large, efficient floor plates, a sunlit atrium, a free parking garage for more than 1,000 cars, and convenient access to public transit by way of a private Life Time Center shuttle to the MBTA Chestnut Hill green line. The property is just steps to over 1 million square feet of urban conveniences within three newly reinvented mixed-use developments.
