The chamber’s 2018 Sponsorship Opportunities Package is ready and brimming with new and returning favorites for our annual partners to review. We’re eager to once again help our member companies deliver their targeted messaging to the chamber’s audience of committed, engaged and local professionals in ways that make sense for their businesses and organizations.
Together with our individual member company dues, our annual partners provide the significant and secure funding needed for us to provide the quality and quantity of events and programming our members have come to expect. And our growing list of sponsors means we’re able to expand our already robust menu of educational, networking and marquee events and programs in the coming year.
In turn, coming onboard as an Annual Partner sends a powerful signal back to the area’s leading business and civic leaders as well as consumers that your business is committed to enhancing our region’s economic and cultural vitality.
Annual partnerships require a minimum annual spending commitment of $5000 and offer year-round marketing benefits that are not available to our single event partners. As part of the process, we work with each business or organization to create a meaningful partnership that meets your objectives and aligns with your broader community messaging.
We begin with a discussion of your company’s goals, followed by a review of our long and diverse list of sponsorship opportunities. From the highest tier to the lowest, we can add to your marketing reach through exposure on the chamber’s website, social media, our targeted email blasts, bimonthly newspaper and at our well-attended events.
Annual partners may choose to align themselves with large-scale marquee events that fill ballrooms like our Spring Seasonings tasting or annual Spring and Fall Business Breakfasts, or underwrite workshops and series that support small businesses and specific professions like Lawyers Council and Real Estate events.
New offerings for next year include a relaunched and now monthly Small Business Series being presented by Wellesley Bank together with new annual partner William James College. The series will cover a range of topics and best practices presented by industry experts and focusing on actionable takeaways.
And we’re very excited to be returning to Fenway Park for our popular Breakfast at Fenway. Stay tuned for date and guest speaker announcements. Sponsors may want to secure this opportunity soon in case the baseball season turns out to be as exciting as the football and basketball ones.
We’re also excited to welcome William James College to our list of $5000 Gold Level partners. Already a supporter of our N-Squared Innovation District initiative, the college is partnering with the chamber to build awareness of its programs in leadership and organizational psychology amongst our management professionals.
And Newton-Wellesley Hospital will increase its annual commitment to the $10,000 Diamond Level joining Wellesley Bank who will return at that level for a second year in a row. Many additional partnerships are pending confirmation - look for a full list of annual partners in the next issue of INBusiness.
