Volunteer at Historic Newton's Hayfest!
Volunteer at Historic Newton's Hayfest!
Enjoy a day of old-fashioned fun at the Jackson Homestead and Museum's annual Hayfest. This year's event takes place on Sunday, September 28th from 12-4 p.m. Volunteers help set up and run historic games, hands-on activities (including candle dipping, butter making, and apple cider pressing), and create a welcoming environment for visitors.
This is a great opportunity for people who enjoy working with children and families. No knowledge of history required. You're welcome to sign up with a friend or group! This event is run by Historic Newton. Questions? Contact us at education@historicnewton.org.
