Experience an immersive journey through movement, breath, and live music. Join Nissa Diantina and musician Dave Fiuczynski for a unique sound experience designed to encourage relaxation, reflection, and connection between body and mind. The experience begins with 10–15 minutes of gentle stretching and guided breathwork led by Nissa, helping participants settle into their bodies and prepare for the sound journey ahead. From there, Dave Fiuczynski, professor at Berklee College of Music, will guide participants through 40–45 minutes of live, meditative soundscapes performed on his custom double-neck guitar. The experience concludes with 10–15 minutes of integration and reflection, offering time to absorb the experience. Blending mindful movement, breath, and immersive sound, this event invites you to unwind, release tension, and experience music in a new way. All are welcome. No previous experience is necessary. Reserve your spot in advance to enjoy the $39 early bird rate!
