How we breathe is how we live - each moment defined by each breath. Harness the power of breathing through learning the powerful pranayama including the SKY (Sudarshan Kriya Yoga) meditation technique, and observe the mind become calm, clear and still. The course includes a 30 minutes take home daily practice and free weekly follow ups to continue the meditation practice.
