Tracey is a professionally trained and certified executive leadership and relationship systems coach. 

• She works with people-first leaders and organizations to disarm conflict, discover connections that work, and design new ways forward.
• She works with families (parents, teens, and young adults) to support them in developing a new understanding of themselves and each other so they can recover from conflict faster, grow closer, and stay that way. 

Tracey's work centers around self-awareness, conscious leadership and intentional impact. Tracey believes the goal of leadership and relationship coaching is to examine mindset and our internal operating system to determine what limits effectiveness and what leads to breakdowns in our relationships. In her unique approach of coaching, mentoring, and training, Tracey works with clients to break patterns of behavior and thought, resulting in more effective leadership and stronger relationships – both professionally and personally.

Tracey is experienced in coaching individuals, as well as groups, teams, and families. Tracey also consults with organizations to design and facilitate leadership development training programs.
