Louise has served as a leader in many real estate organizations, boards, and committees. She is past president, and a member of the Realty Guild and Greater Boston Association of Realtors. She is a lifetime member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and continues to be active in the industry.

Louise is involved in Needham organizations including the Rotary, VNA, Community Wellness Collaborative and Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Board. She supports non-profits such as Charles River ARC and Friends of the Center at the Heights.

A native Rhode Islander, Louise attended the Rhode Island College of Education. She and her husband moved to Ohio where she taught school. She moved to Needham in 1968 where she volunteered for her seven busy children. In 1985, Louise began her second career as a realtor, opening Condon Realty. She continues to enjoy her community, cooking and working. She's not ready to retire!
