Role Description
We are seeking a contract Salesperson for the suburban Boston area, with travel to local care facilities. This individual will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales for our home care services. Key responsibilities include:

• Promoting ESK Home Healthcare services to potential clients, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and rehab centers.
• Conducting follow-up meetings after initial consultations to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Engaging in community networking events to expand our client base.

Location: Boston, MA suburban area, with travel to local senior facilities
Compensation: Negotiable, primarily commission-based

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the homecare or healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
• Friendly, approachable, and client-focused personality.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage remote responsibilities.
• Strong initiative for follow-ups and closing sales.
• Experience selling to homecare facilities and hospitals is preferred.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and home care services is a plus.

A background in Sales and Marketing, Communication, or Business Studies is also beneficial.
