Part-Time Bookkeeper/Administrative Support

The Charles River Regional Chamber is seeking an experienced bookkeeper/administrative professional to join our small but dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and exceptional organizational skills.

Flexible hours with the option to work primarily remotely. Average commitment of 10–20 hours per month, with occasional on-site visits to our Needham office required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bank deposits and accurately record income.
  • Reconcile CRM and sales platform data with QuickBooks.
  • Process accounts payable.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations, month-end and year-end closes, and the annual audit.
  • Prepare and send invoices; process accounts receivable.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
  • Strong skills in database systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
