We are currently seeking an organized individual to join our team as a Contract Move Manager. As a project-based role, the schedule and hours may vary depending on the availability, size, location, and timing of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients in an ongoing basis, answer questions, and foster client relationships.
• Sort and organize various items, including documents, photographs, personal belongings, and household items.
• Collaborate with the onsite manager and clients to identify and determine which items are to be kept, donated, or disposed of.
• Pack and unpack personal items for moving and relocation projects
• Manage third-party vendors onsite at client locations.
• Assist the owner with logging inventory, tracking project costs, and coordinating with service providers when necessary.

Requirements:

• Availability to work in flexible blocks of time.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to different client locations.
• Access to email and a cell phone for texting and communication purposes.
