Move Manager
We are currently seeking an organized individual to join our team as a part-time Move Manager. This position is project-based to help with a variety of different client-facing projects. This role will start out as a part-time role, but has the potential to turn into a full time position with the company.
Responsibilities:
Interact with clients in an ongoing basis, answer questions, foster client relationships.
Sort and organize various items, including documents, photographs, personal belongings, and other household items.
Collaborate with clients to identify and determine which items are to be kept, donated, or disposed of.
Pack and unpack personal items for moving and relocation projects.
Help with new home set up.
Manage third party vendors onsite at client locations.
Logging inventory, tracking project costs, and coordinating with service providers when necessary.

Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail.
Open-minded and non-judgmental attitude towards clients, their belongings and their situations.
Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
Demonstrates empathy and understanding towards clients' needs.
Requirements:
Availability to work in flexible blocks of time. Our hours of operation are 9-5pm, but are sometimes required outside of these times.
Reliable transportation for commuting to different client locations in the Greater Boston and MetroWest area.
Access to email and a cell phone for texting and communication purposes.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
