HR Recruiter – Celtic Angels Home Health Care (Needham Office)

Position Overview

As an HR Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our team. Your expertise in building strong relationships and delivering a seamless candidate experience will ensure we continue to provide the highest quality of care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), RNs, and other key roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using online job boards, social media platforms, career fairs, and community outreach.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Foster relationships with local schools, training programs, and other community partners to develop talent pipelines.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or home health care industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to identify and engage with high-quality candidates.
  • Proficiency with some type of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
