• Small classes for individuals with all abilities, all disabilities, all learning and communication styles.  Athletes have the opportunity to improve fitness, community and connection in small group classes with a maximum of 6 athletes, one coach and one assistant.

• Classes offered: Kids CrossFit, CrossFit classes for kids, teens and adults with neurodiversity, Inclusive CrossFit, Inclusive Powerlifting team
• The chance to learn under an experienced licensed progression in the fields of pediatric physical therapy and physical therapy for all abilities and disabilities.

Necessary Skills for Coaching CrossFit Classes for Athletes with Neurodiversity 

• Exposure to individuals with neurodiversity
• Passion for fitness
• High energy. Organized. Creative with movement and ability to work on the fly and think on your toes.  
• Able to constantly assess the class and modify as needed for physical and emotional success
• Must be a team player. Must work well with an assistant as well as the athlete’s families.
• Must appreciate the strengths of each athlete.
• Considerations for compensation rate:
• CrossFit certifications including kids certification, Adaptive Inclusive Trainer certification
• Special education background, ABA experience 
• RBT-Registered behavior technician 
• Experience with individuals with disabilities  

Salary range:  $20-50 a class depending on experience
