Mike’s Mobile Laundry is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and safe pickup and delivery of customers’ laundry while providing outstanding customer service. As the face of our company, you will represent our values with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided cargo van to pick up and deliver laundry orders across designated routes.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service during every interaction.
• Ensure all laundry bundles are accounted for and properly organized for transport.
• Load and unload laundry bags, handling them with care to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Use company-provided technology (smartphone, GPS apps, and partner software) to navigate routes and update order statuses.
• Verify orders using a laundry count form and ensure all bundles are assigned to the correct route.
• Check laundry packaging and tagging for accuracy before delivery.
• Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform basic vehicle safety checks and minor roadside troubleshooting when needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (less than 6 points).
• Prior delivery experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry laundry bags weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable walking on sidewalks, yards, porches, and up/down stairs while carrying loads.
• Ability to enter and exit a cargo van multiple times per shift.
