Ezra Home Care, a trusted provider of private-duty home care since 2008, is seeking an industry-experienced Business Development/Sales Representative Director to expand its presence in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care Communities and Rehabilitation Centers. Ezra Home Care specializes in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to seniors and individuals with mobility, cognitive, and post-surgical needs.

Who We're Looking For

We need a highly motivated, industry-experienced sales professional with a proven track record in business development, referral networking, and relationship-building within the senior care or healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Expand Referral Partnerships – Build strong relationships with Assisted Living Facilities, Independent Living and Memory Care Communities, and Rehabilitation Centers.
  • Outbound Sales & Business Development – Generate new client leads and grow market presence.
  • Present & Promote Services – Educate healthcare professionals, social workers, and community partners about Ezra Home Care’s offerings.
  • Follow-Up & Relationship Management – Maintain ongoing communication with referral sources to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
  • Track & Report Performance – Regularly report sales activities, pipeline progress, and referral trends using HubSpot CRM.

Qualifications

  • Industry Experience Required – Must have prior sales experience in home care, senior living, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Proven Sales Success – Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and establish referral partnerships.
  • Strong Communication & Networking Skills – Ability to engage with decision-makers in the senior care industry.
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Driven – Comfortable working independently to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Local Market Knowledge – Familiarity with the Greater Boston senior care landscape is a plus.
  • Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Travel within the Greater Boston area is required.
  • Knowledge of Well Sky (former ClearCare), HubSpot, and Google Workspace suite of products is a plus.

Pay: From $69,500.00 per year
