The Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Program, administered by Commmonwealth Corporation provides Massachusetts businesses/nonprofits with training grants to invest in workforce development and improve employee skills.

With two options: the General Program (grants of up to $200,000 for customized, two-year training plans) and the Express Program (which helps businesses with 100 or fewer employees with just-in-time grants of up to $20,000 per year for over 3000 pre-approved training courses), the WTFP is a valuable tool for small and medium-sized businesses in across all industries to up-skill your team.
