This event is only open to Needham businesses that own or rent property in town. A recording of this event will be made public on our YouTube channel and pushed out via email following its conclusion

Needham voters will soon decide on a tax override to fund the construction of a new Pollard Middle School on Nov. 3.

Join us for a virtual forum to learn what’s being proposed and what it could mean for Needham businesses that would bear the brunt of any increase. Attendees will also have an opportunity to ask questions. 

The only problem is, so far, only the proponents of the project have agreed to participate. If anyone affiliated with a No campaign wants to present its case to the business community, contact Max Woolf.

Meanwhile, Needham has a property tax calculator to estimate how much commercial and residential taxes would increase if voters approve the measure.
