Introduction to Neurodiversity in the Workplace
Introduction to Neurodiversity in the Workplace
Thursday, April 17, 2025 (9:30 AM - 10:30 AM) (EDT)
Description
"Neurodiversity" is a broad term used to describe individuals with disabilities such as Autism, ADHD, and learning differences such as dyslexia. Historically, workplaces have struggled to appropriately support neurodivergent individuals.
Neurodiversity-affirming practices in hiring and retention can increase the diversity of your workforce and, in turn, promote improved outcomes in ingenuity and productivity.
This foundational training, led by Jack Lewis from MGH Aspire, will provide participants with a deeper understanding of neurodiversity and concrete practices to design and maintain accessible, inclusive, and high-performing workplaces.
