STEVE GROSS

Keynote Speaker

Steve Gross has spent over 30 years championing the transformative power of optimism in a variety of settings.  It all started in 1989 when founded Project Joy, a nonprofit organization that used the power of joyful play to heal and strengthen homeless and impoverished children throughout Greater Boston.

Now the Playmaker Project (and the sole social mission of the Life is Good brand), Gross’ work has spread globally, trained over 20,000 professionals and impacted millions of lives.

Using research, humor, and personal stories from his 25+ years as a clinical social worker, Gross will share how optimistic leaders bring out the best in people and organizations- especially in challenging, change-filled times.
