The Needham Harvest Fair returns to Greene's Field on Sunday, October 4, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., bringing the community together for an afternoon of fall fun, local flavor, and family-friendly activities.

This beloved annual tradition features a wide variety of exhibitors, including local businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations, offering something for all ages to enjoy. Attendees can explore vendor booths, connect with neighbors, and celebrate everything that makes Needham such a vibrant place to live and work.

EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIES

All booth spaces are approx. 10x10. You must bring all materials for your booth space (incl. tables, chairs, tents, etc.) No access to electricity or wifi is available.  

All prospective exhibitors must complete this online application. Booth space is limited and in high demand — completing this application does not guarantee placement. For applications received by August 24, we will notify you about status no later than Sept. 1. Applications after that date will be considered as space allows. Priority is given to Needham-based organizations.  

Fees and eligibility: 

Needham-based businesses and nonprofits: Priority is given to Needham-based organizations that are members of the chamber (the overwhelming majority of the fair participants are Needham-based members)  There is no cost to participate if your organization is a member of the chamber (annual dues start at $345 for nonproifts, $375 for forprofits).  Not yet a member? If available, nonmember booths are $500 each (exceptions below)

Political candidates or committees: Free if members, $150 if nonmembers

Former Farmers Market Vendors: A limited number of spots are available for past farmers market craft and food vendors for $50/booth.

Volunteer Community Organizations: New this year, a limited number of complimentary booths are available (allocated by lottery from all applications received) generously underwritten by our title sponsor Fidelity Bank, Eligibility is limited to community organizations that are based in Needham, entirely volunteer run and dedicated to strengthening community connection and enriching the lives of Needham residents.  

Organizations located outside Needham (space permitting): $125 nonprofit members, $250 for profit members, $500 nonmembers.  

Sponsorship opportunities are available starting at $500.
