As the founder of Turtle Fire Coaching Training, Suzanne helps people interrupt the stress response cycle, reconnect with purpose, and lead with clarity, confidence, and compassion. Her coaching blends energy leadership, experiential learning, and mind-body awareness to help clients shift out of survival mode and into sustainable impact.

Currently, she offers 1:1 coaching, and group coaching via her Wise Women: Rise, Empower, Thrive course. 

Dr. Yos Priestley is an optometrist and the owner of Bright Eyes Needham, a private optometry practice offering comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages. A graduate of the New England College of Optometry, where she was valedictorian, Dr. Priestley completed a pediatric residency and spent over a decade on faculty at Duke Eye Center before returning home to Massachusetts.

At Bright Eyes Needham, Dr. Priestley and her team provide advanced clinical care in a warm, welcoming environment, offering services such as specialty contact lenses, myopia management, vision therapy, and low vision rehabilitation.

A Dover native and Dover-Sherborn High School alum, Dr. Priestley is passionate about serving families in the local community and helping patients achieve their best vision and quality of life.

With over two decades of experience, including 14 years in direct sales leadership, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it means to build lasting relationships, navigate life transitions, and empower others to pursue their goals with confidence. 

After a life-changing open-heart surgery in 2020, I reevaluated what truly matters and committed to helping individuals and families live intentionally, financially and personally. My practice focuses on working with women who are leaders in their fields, juggling multiple responsibilities, and striving to create a meaningful, well-balanced life. I specialize in comprehensive financial planning and investment management tailored to the unique needs of each client, with an emphasis on education, clarity, and long-term partnership.

Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mom to three wonderful children. I love to travel, stay active, and get involved in my local community. I’m passionate about helping my clients align their financial decisions with their values so they can live the life they envision, with purpose and peace of mind.
