Melissa Boucher is the President and Owner of LeadWell Advising, where she helps organizations develop stronger managers, more effective teams, and stronger organizational performance.
With more than 20 years of experience as a COO, consultant, and business leader, Melissa brings a practical, real-world perspective to leadership development. She has led teams through growth, change, operational challenges, and organizational transformation across healthcare, technology, education, nonprofit, and other industries.
Through LeadWell Advising and her partnership with Crestcom International, Melissa works with organizations across Massachusetts to strengthen leadership skills including communication, coaching, accountability, emotional intelligence, change management, and strategic thinking. Her approach focuses on helping leaders apply what they learn to real workplace challenges and create measurable, lasting change.
Melissa is also actively involved in her community, serving on the board of the Gerontology Nursing Certification Commission, the Soccer Unity Project Advisory Council, and the operations team for the Massachusetts Conference for Women. She also supports community-focused nonprofits, including The Wily Network.
