IMPACTO

Our goal with this Latino and Hispanic Professionals & Entrepreneurs Group (IMPACTO) is to foster collaboration and meaningful connections within the Chamber’s community. By bringing together members who share the Spanish language or Latino heritage, we aim to build a strong internal network that supports professional growth, relationship-building, and the sharing of strengths and resources so that our collective talents can benefit the entire Chamber community. Aligned with the Charles River Regional Chamber’s mission to champion our communities’ economic and cultural vitality through advocacy, education, and networking, our group seeks to expand these values by strengthening Latino and Hispanic representation and visibility within the Chamber community. Beyond internal connections, we also aim to serve as a bridge to other Latino/Hispanic groups, organizations, and business communities across the Greater Boston area. Mónica González 

Realtor, Chief Design Officer & Co-Founder, A1RE

Mónica is both an licensed Realtor®  and Architectural Designer with over 20 years uniquely positioned to deliver a complete real estate and design-build service for both buyers and sellers. Her extensive background spans architecture, construction, and teaching at architectural design, shaping her ability to help families truly understand the potential of their homes and how they can grow into them.

At A1RE, Mónica leads a multidisciplinary team that integrates real estate services, financial guidance, architectural design, and construction expertise. This integrated approach allows clients to move confidently through a seamless process: identifying the right property with potential, reimagining it through design, executing projects in thoughtful phases, and maximizing value whether buying or selling.

Mónica’s work is fueled by a genuine passion for how people enjoy and live in their spaces, ensuring every project balances functionality, beauty, and long-term value. Her design approach emphasizes not just what a property is today, but what it can become tomorrow. Her leadership and achievements have been recognized through her induction into the William Raveis Presidential Club, a distinction that highlights her combined success in real estate and design-build projects.
