Her background in architecture, construction, and design education allows her to help families understand the potential of their homes and how to grow into them.

At A1RE, she leads a multidisciplinary team that blends real estate expertise, financial guidance, architectural design, and construction. This integrated approach creates a seamless process—from identifying properties with potential, to reimagining and executing thoughtful design solutions that maximize long-term value.

Juan Wulff

CEO & Chief Builder - Founder

Juan is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience. Before leading A1RE, Juan spent over a decade driving innovation in the construction industry. He co-founded a pioneering company that imported advanced construction machinery from the USA, Germany, Italy, and other countries to Latin America. During his tenure, the company achieved consecutive years of historical sales, averaging over $10 million annually.

Originally from Colombia, Claudia Carroll has called the United States home for over 28 years. Fluent in Spanish and English, she brings a global perspective and a deep understanding of diverse client needs to her real estate practice.

With over 21 years of industry experience, Claudia has earned a reputation for exceptional service, market expertise, and strategic negotiation skills. Since relocating to Needham in 2007, she has consistently been a top producer, receiving multiple President’s Elite Awards.

For the past 8 years, Claudia has managed the William Raveis Real Estate office in Newton, MA, guiding it to the #2 market share position and driving significant growth in agent productivity and office revenue.

Specializing in residential sales, new construction, relocation, and investments, she serves Needham, Westwood, Dover, Wellesley, Weston, Newton, and Natick, leveraging her deep local knowledge to deliver superior results.

Claudia holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management and is a Certified Buyer’s Representative, combining advanced marketing strategies with expert negotiation skills. Her prior experience in banking adds further financial insight and value for her clients.

Beyond real estate, Claudia is deeply committed to community and philanthropy. She co-founded NEACOL to support underprivileged children and is an active member of 100 Women of Needham and the National Association of Realtors.
