CRC Business Women’s Alliance

A collective of visionary women leaders redefining business and success by leading with purpose and confidence, and creating positive impact through connection, collaboration, and conscious growth. The purpose of the group is to elevate each other by competing against our own limitations and creating opportunities that help us thrive, individually and collectively - for me, for you, for us. ​Meets in-person on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month at 10 a.m.​ at 117 Kendrick Street in Needham​.

I am a no-fluff transformational coach for high-achieving women who are tired of doing everything “right” but still feeling unfulfilled. A former therapist, I help women unplug from people-pleasing, reclaim their energy, and start living on their own terms. My work blends deep emotional insight with radical self-responsibility, so clients don’t just feel better, they live a conscious life of their choosing.

I am also a former therapist turned relational intelligence strategist for financial advisors. I help advisors move beyond technical expertise and learn how to build lasting trust with women and couples through emotionally attuned communication. My trainings help firms increase client retention, deepen loyalty, and create relationships that last through life’s biggest transitions.
