“Teaching is rooted in love, not just information. I believe in building trust, fostering connection, and creating a safe space where children feel seen, valued, and inspired to grow.” Miss Simona brings a great deal of experience and lifelong passion for education to Everbrook Academy. “I’ve been in the field for more than 20 years now,” she explains. “I spent a long time studying and working in early education as a Pre-K teacher and an education coordinator.” She transitioned to a leadership role in 2017. “I am deeply committed to supporting teachers that work directly with children to ensure their success.” Miss Simona has a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Cambridge College. “I want to help our school grow and thrive, just like the children!” She will focus on providing a great experience that meets our high standards. “I hope to have great communication with families, develop a strong curriculum, and connect with the greater community.” Miss Simona grew up in Transylvania, Romania. “Yes, it’s a real place!” As a student, her favorite subject was the Romanian language. “I also loved poetry and dreamed of becoming a teacher.”
