RUACH is a collective of extraordinary teachers bringing embodied spirituality to local communities and organizations. We strive to embody the essence of ruach, a Hebrew word meaning breath, wind, and spirit all at once.

Our Mission: To inspire Jewish belonging and cross-cultural connection through breath, movement, meditation — and a dash of play. Our program areas include Yiddish Dance, Kabbalah Yoga, Jewish Meditation, and more! (And no, you don't need to be Jewish to join a RUACH program — all seekers are welcome here.)
