Conexión, Boston based nonprofit, was founded on the recognition that America’s changing demographics carry profound implications for leadership and influence. For 20 years, we’ve built a national pipeline of nearly 600 HispanicLatino leaders by applying the classic business model of mentorship to social change. This unique, two-way exchange develops leaders while also giving executive mentors and sponsoring organizations unexpected insights—creating mutual benefit for individuals, organizations, and society.
