About
With 25 years of experience as a senior Talent Executive in Fortune 200 companies, I’ve coached and advised hundreds of senior leaders and executive teams through business, culture, and leadership transformations. I founded Breakthrough Coaching, a boutique firm specializing in executive & leadership coaching, to continue this critical work across industries. I help executives, leaders, and business owners elevate their performance and impact by leading with greater clarity, intention, and self-awareness so they drive results, inspire their teams, and build careers and lives they’re proud of.
I hold an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University. I’m a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me with my partner Justin, our daughter Avery, and our dog Reggie - usually hiking, reading, or planning our next adventure.
