Yin Yoga - 8 Week Series
Yin Yoga - 8 Week Series
Expand your yoga practice and improve your wellbeing with this 8-week Yin Yoga journey guided by Susan Shaver. This series introduces participants to this delightful and meditative experience by teaching the guiding principles of Yin Yoga, offering a variety of ways to come into poses with care and comfort and by providing words of inspiration and encouragement. Each class builds on the previous one and will have a specific healing theme by either focusing on specific body parts such as spine, hips or legs or through specific Chinese meridians such as kidney, liver and gallbladder. All classes will end with ample time for a guided meditation.

Yin Yoga is complementary to more vigorous yoga styles and all forms of exercise such as running, swimming, biking, hiking etc…
