Needham’s Youth Substance Use Prevention Coalition (SPAN) Mental Health Action Team, a group of parents, educators, health care providers, and community advocates, has created a newsletter, Rethinking Success, to help address youth mental health. 

The Mental Health Action Team was concerned with the 2021 Metrowest Adolescents Health Survey Mental Health data and decided to work together to identify, address, and offer support to families in Needham. 

Rethinking Success addresses all aspects of mental health pertaining to children through young adults, families, parenting and education - all through the lens of youth mental health. Rethinking Success dives into common beliefs and pulls them apart to see if they live up to the promise of student success.
