We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and qualified individual to join our team as we continue to market and build our business. The successful candidate should have an established network of healthcare providers and organizations in the Greater Boston area. Reporting to the President of Ezra Home Care, this is a high-impact role critical to the success of our business. The successful candidate will be a member of the leadership team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Execute the company’s strategy and vision by developing and sustaining referral relationships with referral partners across organizations serving seniors and        older adults, including but not limited to long-term and acute healthcare environments.
  • Represent the company by being a community outreach presence.
  • Identify and prioritize new referral sources and emerging client needs.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the local home care market, including analyzing and presenting new market data and trends.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to capitalize on new and existing referral partners.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a winning mentality and the ability to convert NO to YES.
  • Ability to learn, unlearn, and relearn.
  • Must have a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Possess strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in sales and marketing in the area of home care services.
  • Experience in using Google Workspace, WellSky, and HubSpot is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to be a vital contributing member of a team.
  • Work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Must be detail-oriented.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Must reside in Massachusetts.
  • Must have dependable transportation.
