Exhibitor Application Waiting List: 2024 Needham Harvest Fair

The Needham Fall Harvest Fair will be held at Greene's Field on Sunday, September 29, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. This long-standing Needham tradition showcases local businesses, and community organizations, and celebrates the fall season.

Due to the high demand for exhibitor spaces, completion of this application form does not guarantee a spot. Submitting the form will place you on a waiting list, and we will reach out if space becomes available. Priority will be given to Needham-based chamber members.

If your exhibitor spot is approved, we will follow up with more info on how to process your exhibitor fee where applicable.

Needham-based chamber members: free
Chamber members based outside Needham: nonprofit: $125, for-profit $225
Non-members: $500
Political candidates/political committees: $150

This event will take place rain or shine. Your exhibitor fee is non-refundable.

Exhibitor Booth Information *

Booth locations will be 10’ x 10’ and will be assigned on Greene's Field . Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for specific booth locations.

No tables, chairs or tents will be provided by the chamber or available to rent. You are responsible for bringing your own tables, chairs, along with any marketing materials or products you choose to display. No staking of tents is permitted on Greene's Field (bring weights/sandbags if you plan to bring a tent). No access to electricity will be available. All booth setup plans and activities are subject to the chamber's approval. A permit will be needed if you plan on serving food/ beverage. All activities must be approved in advance so that we may coordinate with town public health and safety officials.
