Roseanna H. Means, MD will be the keynote speaker at the event.

A longtime physician at Brigham & Women’s Hospital and Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School, Dr. Means is a nationally recognized leader in advancing care for underserved women and families. She is the founder of Health Care Without Walls and the visionary behind innovative programs like Bridges to Moms, which address gaps in healthcare access and social determinants of health.

With more than four decades of service, Dr. Means has been honored by organizations including Harvard Medical School, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and CNN as a “Hero” for her impact and advocacy.

Her work—and her leadership—embody the spirit of resilience and community at the heart of Momentum.
